Presented at the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association's (ARCA) 41st Annual General Meeting, the Gold Training Award is reserved for member companies that demonstrate an exceptional dedication to professional development and maintaining a highly competent workforce.
To achieve Gold Award status, companies must meet stringent criteria, including:
- Training eight or more operatives and/or supervisors through ARCA-accredited courses within the previous 12 months.
- Achieving an outstanding average candidate score of 92.5% or above across all training assessments.
